Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while ensuring fairness.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made via email to content@ianda.co.in.

  • If cancellation occurs before work has commenced, 80% of the project fee will be refunded.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun but before the first draft/deliverable, 50% of the project fee will be refunded.

  • Once the first draft or partial deliverables have been shared, no refund will be issued.

2. Agency-Initiated Cancellation

If we are unable to fulfil the project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any uncompleted work and assist in transitioning to another service provider if possible.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • Project cancellation before commencement, as per the Cancellation Policy.

  • Non-delivery of work within agreed timelines without a valid cause from the client’s side.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.

  • Delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication, delayed approvals, or failure to provide necessary information.

  • The client changes the scope of work mid-project without an updated agreement.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
